CTLINK Steel Perforated Access Panel is specially designed for ventilation through below floor space up to the equipments, applied for under floor air conditioning system. Steel perforated panels is also called Air Flow panel because of many holes drilled through them. Perforated panels are of accurate size and thickness, interchangeable with steel access floor panels, woodcore panels or calcium sulphate panels. Specially designed and well manufactured damper is also available for perforated panels.

All steel perforated raised flooring from ctlink-group.com is compatible with any bolted stringer Raised Floor systems and offer between 17% to 75% free airflow rate. Our all-steel perforated raised floor provides superior cooling for managing heat loads in mission-critical facilities to be available with top surface adjustable damper and  it is the same size and finish as the solid panel, so they are ideal for High-Pressure Laminate, vinyl and rubber access floor coverings are available as well, Vinyl floor coverings interchangeable with woodcore panel/calcium sulphate perforated panel/tile.

 Full steel with Epoxy paint and 1.5mm thicknes surface steel has punched ventilation hole without stuff, manual grid welding for the bottom square tube with 1.2mm thicknes and 2mm thiclness reinforced steel. Surface could be Anti-static HPL or Conductive PVC ventilation tiles. Perforated floor can be used with the standard anti-static raised floor or itself only to meet the machine room’s air-flow and high loading capacity demands. Black PVC Edge is for steel cement floor.

Principle of Use

The combination of the perforated all steel raised floor tile and the replacement air conditioner form a cold air flow area, and the electrostatic floor is paved to form a bottom air supply passage, then air is blown in the passage between the machine room cabinets.
